Honestly, Seattle’s diversity, per my research and your information, does not constitute a problem for me. I’ve lived in areas similar to Seattle’s diversity in the past, so this would not be an issue for me. With regards to housing renting – apartment, townhome, etc. I work from home, so I am not worried about how close I have to be to the city proper.
